By downloading or using Refocus100% (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Refocus100% on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.
Refocus100% Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app and its in-app purchases.
Use Refocus100% lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its purchase system.
Refocus100% is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. It is a focus, reading, and quiet-time companion and is not a substitute for professional, medical, or pastoral advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Photizo Labs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
